Amy Gerardot is an Integrative Nutrition health coach, Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Master, certified Crystal healer, and Master/Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy. She received her health coach training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, the world’s largest nutrition and health coaching school. She received her Reiki therapy certification in Fort Wayne, IN, Integrated Energy Therapy Master/Instructor certification from the Center of Being, Inc in Woodstock, NY. She is a certified crystal healing practitioner through The Love and Light School and received her Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner certification through Vibroacoustic Therapy International.
Amy has worked full time in the medical field for over 30 years. Her personal and professional passion has always been to help people. With a family history of depression, experience with toxic relationships, and being a cancer survivor, the combination of her education and life skills has provided her with powerful tools to help you thrive physically and emotionally.
Both Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy are energy healing modalities that improve overall health and well-being by energetically balancing the body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki has been implemented in many major hospitals as an adjunct to the patient’s health care.
Extensive research in vibroacoustic therapy has shown an increase in mental/physical health by helping decrease symptoms from conditions such as arthritis, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, asthma, depression, insomnia, hypertension, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, among many others.

I originally went to see Amy for vibroacoustic therapy for severe back and hip pain. After just 4 sessions, I was pain free--AMAZING! Although I was a bit skeptic, I decided to try Reiki with her.
